At Beauty Addict Hair, we take pride in providing premium luxury hair extensions. Due to the nature of our products and hygiene regulations, we kindly ask customers to read our returns policy carefully before purchasing.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

Hair must remain completely unused and unopened
Security ties and packaging must remain fully intact
Hair must not be worn, installed, brushed, washed, coloured, cut, or altered in any way
Items must be returned in their original condition

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any hair extensions that have been opened, worn, or tampered with.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

Opened hair products
Worn or installed extensions
Custom orders
Trade orders
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards

Colour Disclaimer

While we aim to display product colours as accurately as possible, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and photography.

We strongly recommend consulting with ourselves and your stylist before purchasing if you are unsure about colour matching.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Your order number
Clear photos of the item
A description of the issue

We will review all claims carefully and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refund Process

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, customers may return their item and place a new order separately.

Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
